PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The program is to provide guidance with respect to changes to the requirements of ISO 9001 and describe the steps needed for implementation by the organization. It is designed for anyone involved in the setup, implementation, maintenance and improvement of a QMS. This training reviews the current final draft of the standard, its structure, implications and potential impact on organizations which have already implemented the standard.

OBJECTIVES
• To gain knowledge and to enhance understanding on ISO 9001:2015 and its implementation
• Understand ISO 9001:2015 requirements and its application
• Understand and interpret the changes in ISO 9001:2015
• Understand and interpret the meaning of High Level Structure (HLS)
• Get transition plan ready for ISO 9001:2015
